22 years conducting high profile litigation investigations, as white collar crime or political corruption , due diligence for PE´s and Hedge Funds and solving complex corporate problems across multiple jurisdictions and geographies. Javier lived 5 years in Latin America, providing advise to security and defense public institutions in Central and South America.

 

At the beginning of his career he worked for the department of defense on NATO classified technology projects, dual use materials and export control issues.

In 2006 he joined Kroll Associates, one of the world´s largest due diligence and corporate investigations firms and was an MD for Spain, Portugal and Middle East markets. He provided services to top PE firms and hedge funds, larger corporations and exclusive law firms across five continents.

​

Javier has conducted more than 700 M&A analysis before acquisitions and mergers happened. He also provided intelligence to law firms and its clients in high stake litigation and global asset search cases across multiple geographies and jurisdictions. He is an expert in M&A and white collar crime, owning extensive knowledge about organized crime schemes, fraud and financial crimes.
