Mila is the head of research and investigations for Russian and CEES countries matters at Katz Intelligence. She owns 25 years of experience conducting credit risk, real estate and wealth management risks diligence assignments for banks and financial institutions.

She worked for larger banks and financial institutions across Russia, Estonia, Lithuania, Spain, Cyprus, Malta and Portugal. Natalia also spent 15 years in Moscow working for Citi Group investment banking credit risk division for real estate assets.

She is an expert in real estate assets valuations as well as owns expertise managing properties for high yield returns, on assets above 50M US$ estimated value. She has been conducting real estate asset´s due diligence for 20 years in cities such as Madrid, London, Paris, Varsovia, and Moscow.

Mila hols a bachelor degree in Economics, a major in real estate econometrics from the Moscow State University of computer science, economics and statistics.
