A Harvard Business School grad (Executive MBA), owning 25 years of experience conducting deep level investigations and M&A due diligence across multiple markets and geographies.

He worked for the government and private companies across the defense industry for 12 years. Later in the early 2000´s he was an MD for Spain, Portugal and the Middle East markets at Kroll Inc. Shortly after leaving Kroll he founded his own firm, a boutique firm to support investors in new deals and meaningful intelligence for complex business situations such as litigation, business blockades, reputation hazards, or connecting to difficult to reach key individuals in governments or private firms across the globe

Our space is reducing information asymmetry across business scenarios, or providing meaningful insights to create an advantage of information.  We help firms to make informed decisions in a variety of business situations, such as:

  • Fraud and corruption investigations

  • Helping companies to build intelligence units (consulting)

  • Conducting investigations on complex financial networks and financial crimes 

  • Conducting compliance investigations for investment institutions

  • Solving corporate problems such as smear campaigns, uncovering who is behind influence groups and pressure organisations
